How we handle website inquiries.

Last updated August 5, 2026.

This notice describes how Digital Wave handles information submitted through the inquiry form on this website. The form is intended for ordinary business inquiries only.

Information we collect

The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, optional business or organization, inquiry topic, and message. It also uses limited technical request information for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Digital Wave uses the submitted information to review, route, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry. The public website does not use form content for automated decisions or public display.

Service providers

The inquiry path uses the following service providers:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website, applies form security controls, and runs the private contact service.
  • Brevo is the primary transactional delivery provider.
  • Mailjet is the fallback transactional delivery provider when the primary attempt fails.
  • Microsoft 365 receives the inquiry in Digital Wave’s fixed business mailbox.

Storage and retention

The website does not keep a form-submission database. Application logs are designed not to contain your form fields, message, email address, or security token and are retained by Cloudflare for three days on the current plan. Delivery providers may retain operational delivery records under their own service policies. The received inquiry may remain in Digital Wave’s business mailbox while reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain security, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your requests

You may ask Digital Wave to review, correct, or delete information from a website inquiry by using thecontact form or calling (417) 907-0707. Some information may be retained when reasonably required for security, service, or legal obligations.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not send passwords, payment information, health information, private customer records, government identifiers, or other protected personal information through the public inquiry form.
