About Digital Wave
Founded in 2012, Digital Wave is based in Branson and supports organizations across Southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas with local and remote technology help.

Why the relationship matters
Customers can draw on multiple areas of technical experience instead of depending on one person’s availability or being passed through an unfamiliar support queue.
Remote support is valuable when a problem can be handled quickly from anywhere. When equipment, cabling, networks, or facilities require hands-on work, Digital Wave can also be there in person.
Experience in context
Digital Wave has spent more than a decade helping organizations use and support the technology behind their work.
Our technical staff average roughly ten years of experience each, giving customers access to several areas of knowledge instead of one person’s perspective.
Digital Wave’s owner has founded, operated, and sold technology businesses in Missouri and Hawaii, bringing decades of business ownership to current technology decisions.
Representative work
These examples describe completed work without identifying the organizations involved.
We have prepared new offices, installed the cabling and network, moved the existing technology, and helped employees resume work with the systems they already knew.
We have responded to an active cyber incident over a weekend, removed the attacker’s access, and helped restore normal business operations by Monday.
We help with email, servers, networks, security, devices, planning, and the everyday problems that interrupt work. We can also support an organization’s existing IT staff.
Local perspective
The Ozarks includes venues, hotels, professional offices, schools, public organizations, marinas, multi-building properties, home offices, and lake-area operations. Their technology needs overlap, but the operating context does not.
Digital Wave brings local on-site capability together with remote support and planning so the work can fit the organization rather than forcing every client into the same pattern.
